Fast food to match your lifestyle!

Just sat in a local coffee shop having a 30 minute break from work. Looking around in here I see so many different people from different backgrounds. There are mothers, business men & women, teenagers & Rugby School students. All have one thing in common, they have decided to use the services of this establishment for their refreshment & sustenance. Me, I have always come here. Mostly in my break from work. It suits me. I enjoy the coffee, but more so I enjoy the surroundings, the ambience and the service.

I am unaware if this place or the chain itself has been affected by the financial climate, but if what I see is anything to go by I would say it had not been damaged.

Snowdon- Wales

So, at the weekend I took my Wife and Son to Wales. This was organised as a surprise birthday treat for my wife and was executed perfectly! (even though I do say so myself!)

The guest house in which we stayed was amazing! So clean, well maintained and above all friendly. It was called Glenwood Guest House. ( )

The owners, Marie & Said along with their family members Fred & Margaret operate the business like clock work. There was nothing I could of complained about! Anyway, after settling in I took Ruth & Kerecsen down to the village Betws-y-Coed as I had booked a lunch in the Betws Bistro ( ) which was also perfect. They were slightly short staffed, but that did not reflect on the service or quality of the food. An amazing lunch!

From there. We headed over to the Snowdon Mountain Railway. This was an experience- a train ride up Mount Snowdon! Some of the views experienced I will never forget. My iPhone library can be found here.

From Mount Snowdon, back to the Guest house for coffee and a quick change. Then back to Bistro Betws for the evening meal, which was one of the best meals I have ever experienced. Stunning!

I have really enjoyed the weekend, I have never done anything like this before as my disability has always held me back. However, I decided not to worry about it this time and I found that people were very understanding and as long ad I took my time it didn't have to be a problem. If you ever get the chance to visit Betws-y-Coed, jump at it!

Sods law!

After a long and extremely difficult diet I thought that the pressure on my leg would decrease and enable me to get more consistent health and less pain. At first I believed this to be happening, but just recently the pain has been getting steadily worse, and last night was one of them nights! I am topped up on pain killers again today hence the lack of clarity in my post!
